HookMyApp provides a platform that enables developers and businesses to connect WhatsApp messaging to their applications via webhooks. We act as an intermediary between the WhatsApp Business API and your systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our service. By using HookMyApp, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HookMyApp to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through your webhook integrations.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@hookmyapp.com.

6. Fees And Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service outages, whether planned or unplanned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on this platform are owned by HookMyApp. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without our explicit written permission.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookMyApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
